Upload attachment POST

Uploads a file as an orphan attachment. Pass purpose so inbox uploads require inbox write permission. Blobs are always encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).

Preview attachment GET

Returns a signed preview URL for the attachment. Open in a browser to view PDFs/images inline.
