Lists access log entries with filtering, sorting, and pagination

Patch Access Log Entry Metadata PATCH

Super-admin correction: merges validated LPR metadata keys (e.g. expiredExitGrace) into one access log entry. Access log rows are otherwise connector-owned and immutable over the API.
