Reset connector access-control cache

Publishes MQTT so the connector clears its local access-control cache (queued logs, synced methods/points, device logs) and then runs a full sync to rebuild. Intended for debug/ops recovery.

Publishes MQTT so the connector uploads queued access-log entries (e.g. LPR), applies connector controller operations, and polls connected access hardware for pending log lines.
Clean up trash LPR readings POST
Queues a Trigger run that deletes UNKNOWN LPR OCR ghosts (implausible plates or worse variants of a better same-barrier neighbor). Registered, coupled, and customer-linked rows are kept.
