WhatsApp Business
WhatsApp Business koppelen aan de Tillor inbox
Met WhatsApp Business ontvangt en beantwoordt u klantberichten via WhatsApp in de Tillor inbox. Dit is niet hetzelfde als WhatsApp-notificaties via Twilio.
Voor automatische WhatsApp-berichten (notificaties) zie Twilio. De marketplace-app WhatsApp Business is alleen voor inboxgesprekken.
Integratie installeren
- Ga naar Instellingen > Integraties
- Open WhatsApp Business in de lijst (markering 2)
- Klik Installeren (markering 1) en voltooi de Meta OAuth-flow
- Kies welk WhatsApp-nummer inboxberichten ontvangt
- Sla de instellingen op
Na installatie ontvangt Tillor inkomende berichten automatisch. Antwoorden die u ook via de WhatsApp Business-app of een gekoppeld apparaat stuurt, verschijnen in de inbox. Berichten die u via Tillor verstuurt worden niet dubbel getoond.
